Agile Product Delivery - Delivering Value, Quality and Continuous Improvement through feedback
Bob Payne, Vice President and Head, Agile Coaching Services, LitheSpeed LLC
Session Abstract: We expect our children to learn, our organizations to develop and our business to react to the markets. Yet somehow we have forgotten that a key component of learning and growth is based on reacting to feedback from our surroundings. This talk will concentrate on how Agile projects incorporate feedback in the planning, delivery, testing and deployment of software projects. I will discuss both the theory and practice of the incorporation of feedback within Agile delivery methods. These methods were developed to explicitly use feedback to manage change and improve over time. Many teams start by using the practices of Agile but until they truly embrace the power of feedback and collaboration they are not living up to their potential. Even in large organizations feedback and collaboration are the "Secret Sauce" for the success stories.
